1. Peel 2 Win Campaign (“Campaign”) is organised by Pets Global Pte Ltd, (“The Organiser”) shall commence the campaign between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2022. The Organiser reserves the right to end the Campaign earlier than 31 December 2022. Applications received after the Campaign duration will not be valid.

2. The Campaign is open to all customers of Zignature who are 18 years old and above.

3. Peel 2 Win Stickers:
     3.1   Every pack of Zignature Dog Food (4LB, 12.5LB, 25LB) is attached with a Campaign sticker.
     3.2   Purchase of Zignature before or after the campaign period and/or without the Campaign sticker
               will not be applicable.
     3.3   Participants must purchase Zignature Dog Food to enjoy the rewards stated on the sticker.
     3.4   This Campaign Sticker consists of TWO (2) parts: Instant Discount and Alphabet Tile.

4. Redemption of Instant Discount (Sticker 1):
     4.1   Participants may start to redeem Instant Discount from 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022 at all                retail outlets and online stores upon purchasing Zignature Dog Food with Peel 2 Win Sticker.
     4.2   Participants shall purchase any bag of Zignature Dog Food to get Peel 2 Win Sticker for
               redemption.
     4.3   Sticker Redemption without purchase is illegal and will not be entitled for reward.
     4.4   Instant Discount (Sticker 1) indicates the amount of discount entitled. There are two ways of
               redemption:
                4.4.1   Participants may redeem directly at the retail outlet after making a payment for purchase.
                4.4.2   Participants may collect and redeem with Pets Global Pte Ltd by sending the sticker with
                               proof of purchase to Organiser’s Office by mail.
     4.5   Only ORIGINAL Instant Discount (Sticker 1) in good condition is accepted. Stickers which are
               reproduced, photocopied or damaged will not be entitled for redemption.
     4.6   Instant Discount (Sticker 1) with proof of purchase shall be mailed no later than 1 month
               after Campaign ends. Instant Discount (Sticker 1) with proof of purchase received later than
               the stated time duration will not be entertained.

5. Redemption of Alphabet Tiles (Sticker 2):
     5.1   Participants shall cut and collect the Alphabet Tile (Sticker 2), form a word according to the
               list provided, and redeem prize(s).
     5.2   Prize redemption will be made according to the prize list stated. Any word formed out of the
               provided list will not be entitled for redemption.
     5.3   Availability of the prizes is subjected to the product stock availability. Pets Global Pte Ltd
                reserves the right to substitute with another product of similar value.
     5.4   Participants are required to mail all the Alphabet Tiles (Sticker 2) to the Organiser’s Office
               for redemption.
                5.4.1   In the mail, participants shall state personal contact information: Name, Contact Number,
                               Email Address, Residential Address; and prize to redeem.
                5.4.2   Only ORIGINAL Alphabet Tile (Sticker 2) in good condition is accepted. Stickers which are
                               reproduced, photocopied or damaged will not be entitled for redemption.
                5.4.3   Alphabet Tile (Sticker 2) shall be mailed no later than 1 month after Campaign ends.
                               Alphabet Tile (Sticker 2) and redemption received later than the stated time duration will
                               not be entertained.

6. Participants shall discuss with the Organiser for prize redemption arrangement. Participants are compulsory to attend the Prize Giving Ceremony for redemption (if any).

7. Warranty & Return Policy:
     7.1   Participants shall inspect the Product during redemption of the Product to ensure the
                condition of the Product is acceptable and free from any manufacturing defect. Participants
                shall ensure that the Product to be redeemed is the correct Product before the redemption is
                completed. Pets Global Pte Ltd shall have no obligations towards any request for exchange
                upon redemption is made.
     7.2   Participants to register and claim warranty directly with the brand or product company. Pets
                Global Pte Ltd shall not be held any responsibility for any product issues.
     7.3   Pets Global Pte Ltd shall not be held responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused as a
                result of the Participants’ missuses and/or negligence in using the Product.

8. The Product is only available for redemption purposes and cannot be sold to third parties.

9. The unused stickers are not refundable and not exchangeable for cash or any other form of legal tender or other stickers.

10. All/any result and /or decision made by Pets Global Pte Ltd arising from the Campaign shall be final. No correspondences, queries, appeals, or protests will be entertained.

11. The availability of redemption Product shall be based on the product availability at the time of redemption. Pets Global Pte Ltd reserves the absolute right to substitute any Product with that of a similar value without any prior notice.

12. Pets Global Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend and/or change the Terms and Conditions of the Campaign at its sole and absolute discretion at any time without prior notice.

13. All instructions and/or any other specific requirements relating to the Campaign (if any) shall form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Campaign, Participant is deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions and specific requirements therein (if any), agree to be bound by them and abide by the decision of Pets Global Pte Ltd.

16. Pets Global Pte Ltd shall not be held any responsibility for any injury, damage or loss caused as a result of the Participants’ actions for and during redemption process.

17. The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any terms hereunder shall not affect or impair the continuation in force of the remainder of the terms and conditions of this promotion.

18. The Terms and Conditions of this Campaign shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
